AccelGolf Privacy Policy

  1. Collection of Personal Information

    At www.mCaddie.com / www.AccelGolf.com (the “Site”), mCaddie, Inc. (“mCaddie”, "AccelGolf", or “we”) may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, mailing address, or telephone number. If you choose to subscribe to our premium service or any other subscription-based service, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to create a AccelGolf billing account.

    We may collect information about your interaction with the Site. For example, we may use tools to retrieve information from your browser, including the website you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find the Site, the pages you view on the Site, your browser add-ons, and your browser’s width and height.     We may share your personal information with certain golf courses and other third-party businesses so that they can contact you about their products, services or offers through your AccelGolf profile or via email or SMS text messaging. AccelGolf will not provide any golf course or other third-party business with your email address or other personal information which you have identified as “private” in your AccelGolf account settings.

    We may hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as hosting the Site, processing transactions, or storing data. Those vendors will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service(s) they provide to AccelGolf. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than their provision of services to AccelGolf.

    We may offer some of our services in connection with business partners. In such cases, personal information you provide under your AccelGolf account may be shared with our business partners to provide services requested by you. We process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.     We may disclose your personal information if AccelGolf merges with or is acquired by another company, or if the Site or a portion of it is acquired by another company (each, a “Sale”). In the event of a Sale, AccelGolf will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

    You have the ability to view and edit your personal information online. In order to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your email address and password. To edit your personal information, click on the “edit profile” link on your account page.

AccelGolf is not responsible for your posting or disclosure of this information in these types of forums.
